True delete. Selected text is removed from the PDF content stream — not painted over.
Edit. Click a line to edit it on the page (or use the sidebar), then press Enter or Replace text. Only that line is rewritten. Alt-click selects a single word. Color is sampled from the page; the embedded font is reused when extractable.
Region redact. Draw a box: text inside is deleted, then a white/black fill is added. Not whiteout-only.
Add text. Place with snap-to-align and live preview. Page fonts are detected and mapped to Helvetica, Times, or Courier.
Zoom. Use − / + / Fit, or Ctrl/Cmd + scroll over the page for a sharp close-up.
Undo. Reverts the last edit in this session.
Verify. Re-opens the result and checks whether removed phrases still appear.
Privacy. Processing stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Limits. Best on selectable text. Canva / design-tool PDFs (CID glyphs in Form XObjects) are supported via geometry matching. Scanned image-only pages need rasterize-redact (later). Images under a redact box are covered but not erased from the file.
